The C-Suite panel features leaders from some of Canada’s top corporations with a focus on C-suite commitment to supplier diversity, the importance of ethical procurement and the emerging need to include it in DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) initiatives. The panel will aim at inspiring other leaders to include more women-owned businesses in their supply chain and reaffirm the fact that supplier diversity should be just the way you do business.
Most WBE Canada Corporate Member organizations are steadfast in their commitment to supplier diversity, continuing to share their procurement opportunities with women-owned businesses and other diverse suppliers. We have seen commitments being increased, initiatives expanded and new suppliers invited to some of the largest supply chains in Canada and the US.
Join us for a panel conversation with C-Suite leaders of the organizations committed to diversity in their supply chains. Why would they continue their commitment in the midst of disruption? Is supplier diversity truly good for business? And what should women-owned businesses expect from large organizations? Join us to get inspired by action and accomplishments in some of Canada’s top organizations with successful supplier diversity initiatives.
