Kiruba Sankar

Kiruba is a highly regarded leader in the supplier diversity space. As a global leader for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at RBC Global Procurement, he leads strategy development and program execution for global supplier diversity initiatives, responsible procurement practices and community supply chain involvement. Through collaborating with procurement professionals around the world and over a dozen supplier diversity councils spanning the US, Canada and the UK, Kiruba is able to support the RBC’s global supplier diversity vision and goal. Prior to his current role, Kiruba was the Director of RBC Global Procurement, in which he was responsible for IT category support across all RBC global businesses.

Tamar Matossian is the President of EnviroServe Chemicals & Cleaners. An environmentally friendly solution providing company, with special focus on specialty chemicals & cleaners. She’s held various leadership positions from general manager of one of the few fashion houses left in Toronto to regional executive of high end international fashion and cosmetic companies. An entrepreneur at heart, she’s owned numerous businesses, always advocating for the empowerment of women. A mom of two teenagers, her ultimate goal is to be an example of excellence and teach her daughters never to give up and believe that anything is possible.
