Welcome to Day 1 of WBE Canada’s 2020 Annual Conference: Supply Chain Innovation Decoded!
“When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills.” ~ Chinese Proverb
2020 has been an on-going test for many businesses. As the challenges keep coming, forcing change that keeps evolving, businesses have been forced to forego plans long anticipated, pivot and even transform their organization. Supply chains have been disrupted, supplier diversity programs have been altered or put on hold while industries adapt overnight. New threats have left many fighting to survive, but new opportunities have also given many businesses a new way to thrive and succeed.
Day 1 of the conference is dedicated to critical conversations around how recent changes transformed supply chains and supplier diversity initiatives. We are bringing you information and inspiration designed to provide valuable insights, inspire action and accelerate progress.
We’ll kick things off with our Virtual Town Hall which will include not to be missed opening remarks and latest updates from WBE Canada Board Chair, President and other Canadian leaders as well as an important workshop to help you get the most out of this year’s event.
